Frequently asked questions

Which discs come with it?

Two stainless steel discs cover the everyday cuts: a 4mm slicing disc for even slices and a medium shredding disc for cheese and vegetables.

What's the best way to make soups, sauces and dressings?

Start the motor first, then pour liquid in a steady stream through the feed tube. Each batch takes up to about 6 cups of thick mixtures or 3 cups of thin liquids. When you're done, lift the bowl off with the blade still inside: the blade drops down and seals the bowl so you can pour cleanly.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. The motor has a full 5-year warranty, and the whole unit has a limited 3-year warranty.
