Why you'll like it

Classic stove styling with a matt black finish and traditional opening door
Optimyst water vapour and LED lighting create 3D flames and smoke, with no real fire, smoke or CO2 emissions
Use the flame effect on its own, or with 1kW or 2kW of heat when you want warmth
Thermostatic control helps keep your room at a comfortable temperature
Freestanding with no chimney or flue needed, so you can place it where it suits you
Operate it from the control panel or with the included remote control

How the flame effect works

1Fill the water tank, which supplies the mist for the flame effect.

2Ultra-fine water vapour rises from the base, lifted by a quiet fan that may be faintly audible.

3LED lighting illuminates the mist to create realistic 3D flames and a gentle smoke effect.

Good to know

Place on a hard surface. Not suitable for deep-pile carpets or long-hair rugs
Plug directly into a wall socket. Do not use an extension lead
Freestanding design, not intended to be fixed to a wall

Dimplex Evandale electric stove with Optimyst flame effect

What is a water vapour fire?

A water vapour fire is an electric fire that combines an ultra-fine mist with LED lighting to recreate the look of real flames. You get a striking 3D flame and smoke effect, with no real fire, no smoke and no CO2 emissions.

Optimyst flame technology

As the fine mist rises from the water tank, LED lights bring it to life as glowing flames and gently drifting smoke, making the Evandale a cosy focal point for any room.
